I’m partnering with my good friend and long time meditation guide David Gandelman to bring you a deep dive on the mind-gut connection. Dave, founder of Meditation School, is an incredible meditation teacher and someone I’ve personally worked with for over 15 years.
Over the course of three live sessions, we’re going to teach you how to decrease stress through meditations that relax your nervous system, reduce bloating through dietary strategies designed to support gut health, and enhance mental clarity through strategies designed to reduce brain fog and increase focus.
